Digital Product Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not accepted for downloaded digital products once the download is successful and the content can be accessed and used. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we cannot provide refunds in cases where the product has been downloaded and used.

The only exception is if you experience an unsuccessful download attempt where the files fail to download properly through no fault of your own. In such cases, you must provide proof of the failed download within 14 days of purchase. Upon verification, we will happily issue a refund.

No refunds will be issued for any downloads that were successfully accessed, or for any subsequent software, hardware or other issues that may prevent usage after the content has been delivered.

Download Failure Refund Policy

We stand behind our digital product downloads with a refund guarantee in cases of confirmed download failure. If you are unable to successfully download your purchased files due to technical issues on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund for failed download, you must notify us with proof of the failed attempt within 14 days of your purchase date. Acceptable proof includes screencaps/screenshots clearly showing the download error message.

Once the download failure is verified by our support team, we will promptly issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that no refunds can be provided if the download was successful but you encountered other usage problems.
